Application Deadlines:

Apply to graduate in the semester in which all of your degree requirements will be met.

Graduation Application Periods
December May August
June 1 – October 1 October 1 – February 1 October 1-February 1, if attending May Commencement
October 1 – June 1, if NOT attending May Commencement

We strongly encourage you to meet with an academic advisor to review graduation requirements and eligibility. To set an appointment up with your advisor, click here or call 610-799-1137. Additionally, you may view your program evaluation in DegreeWorks.

    • Login to myLCCC Portal with your username and password
    • In the Launchpad on the left-hand side click on “Student Records”
    • Click on the Degree Works link

*To create Dynamic Forms account:

      • Once on the Dynamic Forms log in page, choose Create New Account.
      • Follow steps to set up Username and Password.
      • Enter personal information.
      • Click Create Account.
      • It will send a verification link to the email address used during account creation. Click the link in the email to verify. If prompted for additional authentication, choose the option best for you.
      • Once the account is created, click the link again to complete and submit the form.

Degree Conferral & Diplomas:
Graduation is only processed three times per year: December (fall graduates), May (spring graduates) and August (summer graduates). If you complete your program during the winter session, you will be included with spring graduates in May. Once your degree is conferred you will receive a letter of congratulations and your diploma approximately 4 weeks later.

To ensure there is no delay in receiving your graduation packet in the mail, we ask that you verify your address in your myLCCC Portal/bannerweb.  If your address has changed, please contact the Business office at 610-799-1592 or email at bursar1@mymail.391774.com with any questions.

Settling Fees and Outstanding Balances:
All graduating students must verify that their accounts are paid in full.  Any outstanding balance must be paid in full in order to receive a transcript and/or diploma. Please contact the Business office at 610-799-1592 or email at bursar1@mymail.391774.com with any questions.

Loan Exit Counseling:
Federal regulations require loan borrowers to complete loan exit counseling in order to make borrowers aware of their rights and responsibilities.  Exit counseling can be completed online at http://studentaid.gov/. Students will receive more information from the Financial Aid Office. Please contact the Financial Aid office with any questions at 610-799-1133 or finaid@mymail.391774.com.
